Please note: If you are a citizen of an African nation, then you may be eligible to enrol in Peace Operations Training Institute courses through ELAP at no cost. If you are a citizen of a Latin American or Caribbean nation, you may be eligible to enrol through ELPLAC at no cost.
You are eligible to enrol in ISEL if you are serving on a UN DPKO peacekeeping mission as one of the following:
- Other International Staff
- UNPOL - UN Police
- MILOBS - Military Observer
- UN Professional Staff (P)
- International Contractor (IC)
- Military Staff Officer
- UN General Service Staff (GS)
